You have direct email access to me throughout your engagement period. Every email receives a response within 24 hours — no exceptions. Scope covers questions, observations, and work directly related to your active engagement. It does not cover general consulting requests, document creation, or work outside the scope of your current engagement. If a question falls outside scope, I will tell you — and you can decide whether to address it within the engagement or treat it as a separate conversation.

Pre-Engagement Brief
Before our first call you will complete three things: The Operator’s Assessment, a forwarding of all information pertinent to the subject of your engagement, and a written perspective on the issue — what you believe the problem is, why you believe it, what you have already tried, and why those attempts did not produce what you expected. The engagement begins when all three are in my hands. The first call is not orientation. It is work. Operators who arrive without the pre-work spend their first call defining the problem instead of solving it. That is their choice to make.
