Deliver: transactional operations, Staff Contract on the People side, Customer Contract mechanics on the served side. Capture: Guest loyalty, tenure standing, forgiveness on below-standard engagements, referral, word-of-mouth — all built against a relational promise the operation is not actually running. Concealment mechanism: vocabulary theft. Calling Customers “Guests” while running Customer Contract mechanics. Calling staff “cast” while running Staff Contract mechanics.

Explanation
[2P Arbitrage] is the operator’s version of the same signal-vs-deliver gap the whole [Transactional Arbitrage] family runs. The operator holds Guest-facing signaling while running Staff Contracts on the People side, capturing Guest-side compounding against a cost structure that will not support Guest-side production over time.

The coupling failure is what makes [2P Arbitrage] a whole-architecture position rather than a per-relationship position. Contract forms couple across counterparty relationships — the operator cannot run a Guest Contract on the served side while running Staff Contracts on the People side because the People-side cost structure will not support the Guest-side production. Hospitality production requires cast investment. Cast investment requires Cast Contracts. The whole architecture moves together.

The operator running Guest-side signaling while running Staff Contracts is running arbitrage against Guests and cast simultaneously — signaling relational to both, running transactional to both, capturing the gap across the whole architecture.

The existing [2P Arbitrage] party-structure lock from 07.24.2026 had 1P=operator. That is now wrong. The corrected party structure: 1P=Guest, 2P=operator, 3P=vendor. Target is always 1P Guest.
