Where [Relational Metrics Stack] tracks loyalty, return frequency, and Guest-graph density, [Transactional Metrics Stack] is the mirror on the Road 1 side: the standard dashboard numbers — covers, check average, discount redemption, table turns — read in isolation from any relational signal. Neither stack is wrong to look at; the failure mode named elsewhere in the corpus as [Dashboard Trap] is treating the [Transactional Metrics Stack] as the whole read of the operation rather than one half of it.
