Don’t answer fast. Answer honestly. The questions aren’t here to make you feel sharp. They’re here to show you where the loop is leaking.
Which road are you actually on right now — not the one you tell people about, the one your building produces every shift?
Who is leading the experience in your building at each touchpoint — and what happens to that experience when they’re not there?
Name three things in your operation running by default right now. What would it cost to design them?
What do you bring to the shift emotionally — and what does the building feel like when you walk in?
Is your building worth working in? Would you take the job?
When was the last time you made a decision because the perspective demanded it — not because the calendar did?
If a Guest walked your building tonight blind, which part of the product would they remember tomorrow, and which part would they forget by the parking lot?
Name three cast members by name. What is each one ready for that they aren’t being given? What is each one being given that they aren’t ready for?
What number do you check most often, and what does checking it actually change about how tomorrow runs?
What’s the gap between what your building should produce and what it does produce — and whose responsibility is closing it?
Where in the operation are you practicing on a Guest right now?
Which slogan have you been repeating that you can no longer trace back to a fundamental?
If the operator checked out for thirty days, what part of the business would be worse, and what part would run the same? What does that tell you?
What would your stage look like on a Saturday night if the three immutable laws were obviously true to anyone watching?
What’s the one thing you’ve read in this introduction that you already agreed with but haven’t done anything about?
Who in your building is developing the next version of themselves — and what are you doing to accelerate it?
When did a Guest last leave your building feeling like they belonged there — and how do you know?
These aren’t a quiz. They’re a mirror.
