Hospitality-cubed — the compounding form of hospitality that runs when the operator holds all three layers simultaneously: hospitality to the Guest, hospitality to the cast, hospitality to the community the operation belongs to. The three layers compound against each other.
Explanation
Hospitality to the cast produces cast who can deliver hospitality to the Guest. Hospitality to the community produces the earned reputation that makes the operation the place people want to belong. Each layer feeds the others.
[H³] is the relational goal that [Hacksterism] cannot reach by transactional means. The three-layer architecture cannot be shortcut — every layer requires the sustained investment the transactional worldview refuses to make.
A shift that delivered Guest hospitality by extracting from the cast layer is not running H³ — it is borrowing from tomorrow to pay for today. The math shows up on a lag, and it always shows up.
