Each rung in the operation has a distinct verb from the rung below it.
Cast member executes. Trainer trains. Lead leads. These are not the same work at higher volume — they are categorically different work. The cast member who is excellent at executing is not automatically qualified to train. The trainer who is excellent at transmitting the standard is not automatically qualified to lead. Excellence at one rung is the floor of the read for the next rung, not the qualification for it.
A lead who never trained is a lead in title only. The verb was never built. A trainer who never went through Train-the-Trainer is improvising — transmitting what they think they know rather than what was calibrated to the standard.
The rung exists. The title exists. The verb does not.
