The actor layer under the [Transactional Arbitrage] consultancy face — the supply-side infrastructure of the transactional economy.

Explanation

[Transactional Pushers] are the vendors, consultants, and platforms whose business model depends on the operator staying in Road 1. They aren’t villains in a moral sense — they’re actors responding rationally to a market that rewards short-term fixes over structural repair. But their incentive and the operator’s long-term interest point in opposite directions, and an operator who doesn’t see that clearly will keep buying the next tool that promises to patch the symptom instead of doing the upstream work that would make the tool unnecessary.

Recognizing [Transactional Pushers] for what they are doesn’t mean refusing every vendor relationship. It means reading the incentive underneath the pitch. A tool that treats the operator’s Road 1 posture as permanent and sells accordingly is not the same as a tool that helps an operator build toward Road 2. The operator who can’t tell the difference keeps funding the very infrastructure that keeps them stuck.
