Explanation

The mechanism only works if it’s genuinely cumulative. A single strong visit tells the cast almost nothing useful about a Guest; the same Guest’s fifth visit, with [Guest History] carrying forward what the third and fourth visits surfaced, is where the relational payoff actually shows up — the cast member greeting them by name, remembering the anniversary, knowing not to mention the allergy because it’s already accounted for. Without a deliberate system capturing that information visit over visit, every visit resets to zero and the operation never accumulates the relational capital that makes Road 2 outcomes possible.
