The energy that is off before the shift names it. Then in the post-shift ask one question: where did we read the building correctly tonight, and where did we miss it? That question, asked on cadence, builds the shared language [Shared Pulse] requires. It doesn't build in one shift. It builds in the accumulation of shifts where the cast reflected on how they moved together.
