This meme was posted on LinkedIn earlier and the subsequent commentary by the author included this: “It’s either right or wrong. It’s either done the correct way or no way at all.”
I agree with the sentiment 100% but it’s not about right or wrong. It’s about what our standard is vs what our standard is not.
A business must execute a superior level of meaningfully differentiated value from everyone else or everyone else’s right and wrong become yours and then there is no more meaningfully differentiated value and you’ve become a commodity.
