[Folding OP] = [Wrong OP]. The collapsed operator premise that produces the wrong operational framing. Rule-layer canon, no active prose form yet.

Explanation

The two names describe the same failure — an operator premise that has folded into the wrong shape, producing wrong reads and wrong decisions downstream. [Folding OP] names the collapse in motion. [Wrong OP] names the state that collapse produces.

The IP is locked at the rule layer. The prose chapter form is still open — where and how the book teaches this is a Perspective-level placement decision, not yet made.

For now, the entry exists to keep the pair anchored: [Folding OP] and [Wrong OP] are one IP, not two. When the operator’s foundational premise folds, everything the operator reads downstream reads wrong. Diagnosing the fold is upstream work. Fixing the symptoms without touching the fold produces [Static Decline].
