The belief structure underneath every consultancy-as-volume-pipeline practice in the hospitality and restaurant industry: that the work of building a relational operation can be replaced by a sequence of tactics packaged for sale.

Coinage: hack + huckster + ism. Auditory diagnostic embedded in the word itself — the operator hears “huckster” before the definition lands. Practitioners are hacksterists.
