Explanation

This is the direct correction to an industry reflex — “the Guest is always right,” Guest satisfaction above all else, even at cast expense. [H³] rejects the premise. If [Guest As Input, Not Reference] says the Guest’s ask is loud but not the reference, this term says the same thing from the cast side: the cast’s dignity is not a variable that flexes downward to buy Guest comfort.

The operating test is direct. When a Guest demand would require treating a cast member worse than the Guest is being treated — public humiliation, unreasonable demands, abuse tolerated to keep a check open — the answer is no, every time. Hospitality that runs on cast sacrifice isn’t hospitality at H³, it’s a floor for one actor purchased at another’s expense, and that’s precisely the arrangement this term forecloses.
