Definition

Execution without a shared operating read — everyone on the field running hard in a different direction, maximum effort, no defined roles, motion that looks like progress and produces nothing.

Explanation

The argument against Perspective as the foundational fundamental is always some version of “do the work first, see later.” But execution without a read is not execution — it is the Starburst Play. You cannot execute on a read you have not built; the execution either serves the read or it serves whatever assumption came with the building. And if the read is wrong, the execution compounds the wrong direction at full speed ([perspective_recompiled_07.08.2026.txt]).

Family: Canon. Perspective fundamental. Named counterexample used to argue against “execution precedes insight.”
