Replaced by [Beverage Compounding] under [P&L Compounding] under [Relational Compounding]. The “Investment” framing carried Road 1 vocabulary into Road 2 work and collapsed the distinction the family was built to preserve; “Compounding” carries the mechanism native to Road 2.
Explanation
The retirement is instructive on its own terms. “Investment” sounds relational, but it’s actually transactional vocabulary — you invest to get a return, which frames the Guest relationship as a financial position rather than something that compounds through repeated relational contact. Swapping to “Compounding” wasn’t cosmetic; it fixed a word that was quietly smuggling Road 1 logic into a Road 2 family.
