If you know something is wrong and you are ready to find out what it actually is, call me. If you are at an inflection point and need someone who has already navigated it, call me. If you are not sure what you need yet, that is exactly what the free consultation is for. Tell me what is going on. I will tell you what I see and what I think it means. No pitch, no obligation, completely confidential.
The conversation costs you nothing. Not acting on what you learn will.
Why This Is Different
Most consultants bring a methodology. I bring a framework built from 44 years inside restaurants, across every format, volume, and concept. It is not borrowed. It is not adapted from another industry. It is built from the work itself.
The Operator’s Playbook framework is the only proprietary operating model built specifically for independent restaurant operators. It names what is happening in your operation before you can name it yourself. That is what you are hiring when you hire me.
I work as a concierge operation. When your engagement needs expertise beyond mine, I bring it in. Branding, financial modeling, marketing, technical implementation. You manage one relationship. I handle the rest.
What I Bring To Your Engagement
-
44 years of operations experience across high volume, low volume, and every concept in between
-
A proprietary framework that diagnoses operational problems at the root, not the symptom
-
Direct access to specialized expertise through a network built over four decades
-
A diagnostic entry point, the Operator’s Assessment, that tells you more about your operation in 15 minutes than most operators learn in a year
-
A track record built one operator at a time, with results that speak for themselves
How I Work
Every engagement routes through one of two doors.
Coaching — you do the work. I provide the framework, the direction, and the read that keeps it honest. The development is yours, which means it stays with you long after the engagement ends.
Consulting — I work alongside you. When the expertise is not there yet, when the bandwidth is not there right now, when the work needs to get done while the capacity is still being built. Remote, onsite, or fractional depending on what the situation requires.
Some work lives in both. The conversation, or the OnsiteReview, tells us which door to walk through.
Here Is What Happens Next
You reach out by phone, text, or email, or schedule a call directly using the link below.
We talk. You tell me what is going on. I ask questions and listen for what is underneath it.
I tell you honestly whether I can help, what I think the real issue is, and what I would recommend as a starting point.
If we decide to move forward, I will outline the engagement that fits your situation. Everything starts with an accurate read of your operation.
There is no hard sell. There is no package you have to buy. There is just an honest conversation between two people who both want your restaurant to work.
Before You Call
If you want to make the most of our conversation, take The Operator’s Assessment first. It takes about 15 minutes and it will tell you more about where your operation actually stands than most operators learn in a year. Come to the call with your results and we will have a much sharper conversation from the first minute.
