What It Actually Is #
Three sequential layers, and each one builds on the last. The Gap Map is thirty-seven questions across the five fundamentals, and it reads where your operation actually stands. You complete all three before anything unlocks. There are no partial results, and that is deliberate — a gap read without the pattern behind it tells you what is wrong and nothing about why it keeps happening.
This is an assessment, not a diagnostic. A diagnostic finds what is broken. An assessment finds what is true, whether you like the answer or not. If you want the paid work that goes deeper on one operation, that is The Diagnostic. Answer about the operation that exists on a typical Tuesday, not the one you are building toward, or the output is a picture of your intentions.
What You Get On Completion #
