The Reason #
The writing is not the product. The read of your operation is. Those are two different things, and the industry has spent decades confusing them by selling frameworks while keeping the useful part behind an invoice.
If a framework only works when its author is in the room, it is not a framework. It is a dependency. Mine is published in full precisely so you can check whether it holds up before you ever pay me anything, and so you can run it yourself if that is what you want. Plenty of operators have.

What It Costs Me #
Real money, and I know it. Every term I define in the open is a term someone else can teach without attribution, and it happens constantly. Gating the work would convert it into revenue tomorrow.
I am not doing that, because the alternative is an industry where operators only get the vocabulary they can afford. The operators who most need a corrected read on their own operation are usually the ones with the least room in the budget to buy one.
What This Means For You #
You can check the work before you call. Every position I hold is published and dated in the Knowledge Base, which means you can see whether I have held a position consistently or quietly changed it when it got inconvenient. Almost nobody in the advisory layer of this industry can be audited that way, and that is not an accident.
It also means the free path is a legitimate path. Take the Assessment, read what it points you at, run the work. If you get everything you needed and never contact me, the framework did its job.
