What You Give Me During An Engagement #
Your numbers, your cast situation, your partnership, your honest read of your own operation. That stays inside the engagement. It is not aggregated into a product, it is not sold, and it does not turn up as an anonymized example in something I publish. I write about patterns, never about operators, and I do not comment publicly on individual operators or brands.
What The Site Collects #
The ordinary things a website collects, governed by published policies rather than by my assurances. The privacy policy, the cookie policy, the terms of service, the disclaimer, and the accessibility statement are all posted and current.
The Assessment #
The assessment is free and ungated. Taking it does not sign you up for anything and does not trigger a call. The read is yours.
Why This Matters More Than The Paperwork #
This work only functions on an honest account of your operation, and you will not give me one if you are managing what I might do with it. So the standard is simple: I treat what happens inside your operation as yours. The only thing I take out of an engagement is a sharper framework, and that goes back into the published library where you and every other operator can read it for nothing.
