How Engagements Work
There are three ways to work with me. The engagement level determines how the work gets done. The service determines what the work addresses.
Coaching — remote engagement via phone and video. You and your team do the work. I provide the framework, the direction, and the accountability that keeps it moving. Available for any aspect of the business.

$2,500 per 28-day period — weekly one-hour sessions

$3,500 per 28-day period — open-ended access, no session or call limits
Consulting — onsite or project-based work. I do the work alongside you. Scope and duration determined by engagement requirements.

Investment typically ranges from $5,000 to $25,000 per month

A one-week financial review is a different engagement than a six-month onsite build-out. The scope assessment defines the deliverables and the investment before any commitment is made.
Hybrid — a combination of remote coaching and scheduled onsite sessions. Remote baseline provides ongoing strategic framework and accountability. Onsite sessions address specific operational priorities, cast development, and implementation as needed.

Hybrid doesn’t get a fixed price because the ratio of remote to onsite varies too much — but it needs to be named and explained so the operator who is already in a hybrid-style engagement can identify themselves in the page.
Fractional Ops Leadership — I hold an operational title inside your business and function from the inside. Requires an OnsiteReview™ prior to engagement. 6-month minimum.

The OnsiteReview™ Deductible
The OnsiteReview™ fee is never a sunk cost. When any subsequent engagement — Coaching, Consulting, or Fractional Ops Leadership — follows directly from the review, the review fee is deducted from the first period of that engagement.
