Different Is Better

It’s very tempting to see something being done and convince yourself that you could do it a lot better. And you’d make sure it was better all around and people would think so too.  Because you are doing it.

In fact, though, that’s probably not going to happen. You’ll care more, but it’s unlikely the market will.

Consider the alternative, which is choosing to turn the question upside down, to do it backwards, sideways, or in a significantly more generous or risky way. Simply different but in a more meaningful way.

Success often starts with the way you choose to solve a problem, not the problem itself.
